We do not do returns. We are happy to help you exchange your items within four months of your purchase as long as the items are in good condition. If your made a purchase during a sale that was over 50% off, we unfortunately cannot exchange but we can give you a code for a new order. Email manager@verameat.com for assistance!

If items ordered are not in stock, we special order it for you! Special orders take about 2-4 weeks to be made and prepared for shipping, which should be added to the following shipping services and turn around times:
