No ring sizer? No problem! Here are two easy ways to find your size at home!
Option 1: Measure a ring you already own
Choose a ring that fits the intended finger. Lay it flat and measure the inside diameter in millimeters, then compare it with the chart below.
Option 2: String or paper strip method
Wrap a thin strip of paper or string around the base of your finger. Mark where it overlaps, measure the length in millimeters, and compare it with the circumference column.

Between sizes? We recommend sizing up. For the most accurate measurement, measure your finger near the end of the day when your hands are warm!
A note about adjustable rings
Many Verameat rings are adjustable across a small range rather than fitting every size. As always, go slow when adjusting, and avoid reshaping more than a handful of times so the metal keeps its integrity.
