Option 1: Measure a ring you already own
Choose a ring that fits the intended finger. Lay it flat and measure the inside diameter in millimeters, then compare it with the chart below.
Option 2: String or paper strip method
Wrap a thin strip of paper or string around the base of your finger. Mark where it overlaps, measure the length in millimeters, and compare it with the circumference column.

This is size 7 but you can adjust once to another size just don’t adjust more then twice to keep metal strong!
