Shipping policy

Most in-stock orders ship within 1–5 business days.

Preorder, made-to-order, resized, or restock items may require additional processing time. Any longer estimated shipping timeframe will be noted on the product page or communicated by email.

Once your order has shipped, delivery times vary depending on the carrier and destination. Carrier delays, weather delays, and international customs processing are outside of our control.

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order, as we may not be able to make changes once it begins processing.

If tracking shows your package as delivered but you cannot locate it, please allow up to three business days, as carriers sometimes mark packages as delivered early.
